Mobile Fitness

Welcome to Mobile Fitness. Our goal is to offer fitness programs to communities in Southern Alberta. Fully certified instructors provide training in the form of classes, workshops, fitness breaks, group and personal training. We can provide top-quality accessories for participants to use during these sessions.

We offer Nordic Walking sessions, Learn to Run programs, Intermediate and Advanced Running Programs and our very popular 200 Mile Club.

The Nordic Walking program is great for anyone who doesn't want to run but wants to get more out of fitness walking. Nordic walking uses 90% of the muscles in the body and burns more calories than walking alone.

In our Learn to Run program we begin by jogging for a minute and walking for four minutes. Each week we add on another minute of jogging. It is a very doable program and most of our endurance runners started out this way.

Our Intermediate and Advanced Running Programs focus on running techniques to improve stamina and speed.

Our 200 Mile Club is a way to motivate our clients. Participants keep track of their mileage and recieve an embroidered gym bag at the end of their 200 miles.

For all of our programs participants must wear proper running shoes, comfortable loose clothing and dress for the weather.
